Who should still pick Houzz Pro.

If you’re a designer or design-build firm whose business runs on a lead marketplace, mood boards, and product sourcing, MAGE ID is not built around those. MAGE is for the GC who runs the build, lives in the schedule and the budget, and wants to protect the margin — without paying for leads to do it.

Questions contractors ask.

How is MAGE ID different from Houzz Pro?

This page describes MAGE ID only. MAGE is built to run the build: CPM scheduling, cost-learning estimates, and live margin protection, at a flat price with no ad or lead upsell. Check Houzz Pro’s own site for what Houzz Pro includes.

Is MAGE ID cheaper than Houzz Pro?

MAGE is a flat $29–$79/mo with no per-seat fees — unlimited free field seats, and two office seats on Pro, five on Business, and no paid-lead or ad upsell. The seat rule in full. We cannot tell you what Houzz Pro will cost you. Check Houzz Pro’s own site for its current price and compare the two.

Does MAGE generate a schedule from an estimate?

Yes. It builds a full CPM schedule with critical path and Last Planner, with weather-aware reflow shipped. On a day we cannot get a live forecast the app says so and refuses to write a delay record from a guess.

Does MAGE help me find clients?

Yes. Your public portfolio page carries a “request a quote” form that drops leads into your pipeline, but you’re never required to buy leads, and your price never changes because of them.
